Some domains have synergies — raising Sleep boosts Health and Calm. The energy meter shows total life budget consumed.
The key lesson
You are not seeing a whole person when you admire one extreme slider. And you are not seeing a failed person when one slider is low. Geniuses can be helpless in daily life. Loving parents may never become rich. Athletes sacrifice longevity. Monks sacrifice status. Everyone is a shape made by tradeoffs. The slider you mock may be low only because another had to be high.
